(By the way, the bottle in the backgroud is for tea.)

Dragon Hunters is my longest published project. I thought I'd tell you a little bit about how I write them and about how I got the idea for the series. Dragon Hunters is the series I use to explore my world and figure out new things about it. It helped me create new races, languages, and countries. I don't normally add loads of detail or use interesting words in these stories because they're more plot and character driven. I will try to do better about that.

Dragon Hunters began as a simple prompt: "Write about when Joey first met Joe." It showed two cats, but Joey is obviously a kangaroo's name. I began to write Dragon Hunters: OG. I made about 50 chapters, and the story evolved a lot. However, I had written the begining of the story with a different idea in mind, so I decided it shouldn't be cannon. That's why I'm rewriting the series.

Dragon Hunters currently has thirty-four chapters written (though only twenty-five released) and an eight chapter mini-series. (That was a lot of hy-phens.)

I love the characters in the story and I am doing my best to give them interesting arcs.

A few other things on this blog and site in general: I will be doing my best to do regular updates on Sunday every two weeks. They will probably be small edits, or theme changes (it's summer!), plus 2 snippets, a blog post, and an email.

Again, let me know of any feedback or questions you have!

One last thing: how's the readability of the site?

Thanks for reading!
